- Eh. Can't say that this is worth five stars. The face needs to be different because it doesn't look like it could be Small Lady or Chibiusa at all. If you're going by the pic, you need to make her look a bit younger. Hair needs to be different too. 3/5

- It's good but I agree on the face. It's off. Also, maybe add the pink back bow and remove the the hip wings, add a forehead gem, and remove the necklace. I don't see her wearing one in the ref pic.

I think it's a very good cosplay of rini and pegasus/helios.
I feel like the dress is a little interpreted though.
