So I threw a bunch of items together one day, and bam: humanoid Amaterasu from the video game Okami! Turned out the features on this "human form" were pretty similar to ones on the wolf herself.
I provided a reference image of Amaterasu in her natural and only form of a wolf.

- Well, since a human form is not cannon this tecnically belongs in the original arena. (Also the crotch area bothers me) but this is ok enough that I'll give you a 3/5.
