The hair just isn't right. Style or color.
The brooch in the back is distracting, and the ohaguro smile is just plain terrible.

Are you using the male form for this? Looks really stocky ^^.
Hair is the wrong colour (darker blue), and too long, and there are better options for the uniform, too.

- Her hair color is Teal. I think she needs a butt bow. I would suggest getting Aquatica for bubbles around her and some kind of water related background would be perfect too. Good luck smile
