- Description: After being stripped for her water, earth and firebending, Korra is brought to the South Pole to have Katara restore her bending. However, Katara cannot undo what Amon has done to her. Korra runs off to be alone, and reaches her lowest emotional point, enabling her to fully connect with her spiritual side. She is able to contact Aang, who uses engerybending to restore her bending. After this, Korra enters the Avatar state for the first time.
