This is a cosplay of the 45th anniversary of Disneyland's Blue Fairy float from the parade. I saw this float when I was there in 2000, and when I saw the star/cloud item, I had to do it.

- I submitted a blue fairy some weeks ago (the resub was not mine, but a copy someone tried to submit) and it's really SUPER hard to find a decent item for the sleeves. There is nothing like it on Gaia. With the one you chose, there's just too much going on around her shoulders, and she has a very simple dress top. You DO have different items, and I LOVE what you did for the hair! The eyes are the perfect size XD and the make up is nice and subtle.
