The bags under his eyes and hairstyle are accurate. Shirt and jeans should be changed though.
It doesn't matter if it's overdone, it's the accuracy that counts. So don't judge by how many times it's done. That and most ppl vote high for complex char, thats why the sailor scouts are usually voted high if its accurate.

Shirt sleeves aren't long enough, and the shirt is too baggy...he doesn't ever wear black jeans either, sweets could also be added...
