i'm cosplaying utau hoshina but as her angel transformation, seraphic charm, from shugo chara. this transformation happens when utau transforms w/ eru which is 1 of 2 charas that utau has. one of utau's attacks is angel cradle which she spreads out her wings and releases a large number of feathers from her body. As the feathers flow around the X-Characters, she just holds out her arms and sings and that turns the x-characters to good
