This is Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, but it's Tommy Heavenly6 style. Tommy (her real name is Tomoko Kawase) is a popular japanese punk/j-rock artist. In the music vid to her single Papermoon she and the band are dressed as characters from the Wizard of Oz. So this is how she looks. ^_^ REMEMBER: this is not traditional Dorothy. that's exactly what i was thinking!!!
i really want the dander tornado. it would've been awesome to have. i just didn't have the gold at the time. 
but i was soooo thinking that ^_^ and thanks for the suggestions. i'll try to find a better hair. i didn't really think about the hair strangely enough. o.O - Report As Spam

- It's a good avi, but a different hair style would have matched Tommy's hair in the video. Maybe you could add the tornado from Dander to spice up the background a bit? 4/5
