I like the colors for one! Beautiful. I also like the accelerated sort of skinniness of the arms and legs. It makes for a nice style and the proportions (according to that concept you have going) are good and match for a nice clean uniform picture. I would add a little more detail to her head dress though. but besides for that, nicely done!
