- For better shading, use a tissue and rub in the colors, or use a blending stub. Check out my sketches for a decent finished product. 4 stars.

- The shape of the face is nice, but his head is WAYYY to flat unless you were trying to make it look cut off. The lines are way too rough and the shading could definitely be improved. I'm sure you'll have great art once you improve some more, but I'm not sure I like this picture. I'll give it a 1/5 rating.
