Check out the shape of the face (even if you're going for anime--it still will have the components of a face rendered naturalistically).
Colours are nicely placed, but take a look at some other artwork. Highlights should only be white if the object in in a strong light, and after that, accompanied by strong darks.
It looks nice. Maybe try to draw in backgrounds rather than using your colouring program's default stuff. Be adventurous! (: - Report As Spam
