- Description: Forging the Philosopher Stone may seem so glamorous on the surface, that is until one realizes the price tag for making it. Ed and Al discovered there is no way around sacrificing human lives to make even one stone. How good would their success at restoring their bodies be if it came at the expense of killing large numbers of innocent people? Ed came to this realization, then fell to his knees, and wept bitterly. Al knelt in front of him and gingerly held Ed's head against his chest.
