Great expression, IMO the photoshop effects are too strong, and the mosaic over the finger doesn't really give it quite a pixelated effect. eyeliner's a touch too dark, its too strong given the brightness and "soft" shading of the rest of the picture. Dont' sweat it too much tho, I still do that all the time. its one of my biggest problems in photoshop. :$ Other than that, great expression, very dynamic picture.
