I think you need to fix the shoulder to make it higher and fatter. And the top of her face (with the hair) needs to be fix. The ear and lips need a little help but other then that I give it a 5/5

Just fix the shoulder, lift it up a little bit higher, and it will be just perfect! =) I love it.

OMG O_O I have that pic as my cellphone background XD except I edited it biggrin to look like my previous avi biggrin ummm
