The legs and tail are weird. [unnatural]
Hands and torso are brilliant. [two thumbs up! =3]
Eyes need more.. shine. Now, it looks as if she is lost without mind. Or truly sad and depicted as a person who lost focus upon her world...
Ears need more 3D effect to suite with the rest of her body.
Overall, a very good drawing...
But think about shading next time..
