- Addition to the close-up: I think the lighting in that scene causes that slight "redness" that isn't there in the three other pics I added to the ref...

Yes, that eye patch is a compromise because there isn't a bandana like that on Gaia.
Can't agree with you on the skin, though. His skin is really light, I think the ref shows that pretty good, only the close-up of the face makes him look a little darker as he really is.

- cool looking elf, um, he's not wearing an eye patch his whole bandana is covering his left or right eye, if you couldn't find one like that cool, um his skin's more darker then the pale skin tone you put on the avatar, think his green eyes are lighter but... it's pretty good.
