She is a childhood friend of Reila Malkal. She has the rank of Captain in the E.U. army.
The Jacket isn't quite what I wanted it to be, but it was the best Gaia could provide.

- My only quarrel is the eyes. From what I can see in the ref her eyes are rather soft and the ones you have on are a bit harsh looking for her. Now I've never watched Code Geass, but this is just a suggestion.

It is unavailable. Ther series has one episode out that was viewed only in theaters in Japan. The episodes are 40 minutes long. There is, however, a 10 minute unsubbed preview out. If you would like to watch it, here are the links:
