According to the myth, there exists a being that spends his eternal life traveling the Earth making sure the balance of time remains steady. He protects important time lines and corrects colossal mistakes that could possibly disrupt the space-time continuum. This being is often shown holding an astrolabe-type instrument. His feet bleed constantly, showing his everlasting determination to keep the world moving.
