Re-submission with some tweaks.
Finally have got some proper rain on, though it looks better animated rather than still.
The red flowers on the V-Day parasol are I believe as close as I can get to the red hearts that are around the bottom of her umbrella.
I don't like the way the parasol cuts through the hat but I wanted to hold it open.

- Well ima give u a 3 because u tryed and it has somthing to look at but the colors dont blend and is that hair rlly her color
