Wearing cloths that people would consider from the 70's, and a hat to cleverly hide the halo that floats above his head. With his two companions, a fallen wish, and a angel imp. He wanders around the world, attempting to maintain peace and order.

- it's nice and i like the description, it's one of the good ones this week, but next time to save money you could hav just used the o'rly hat's hands for wings and it wouldn't hav effected the final outcome much XD 5/5
